A graduate from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, Leon Kozminski Academy in Warsaw and Poznan University of Banking. In 2014 she obtained a Ph.D. in social science.
Since 2006 she has been conducting research and development work carried out within selected projects of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. She has co-authored a numerous scientific studies, including the impact of investment on cultural heritage.
Since 2012 she has been working in the public finance sector. As President of the Water Supply and Sewerage Board, she was responsible for the restructuring and development of the Company. In 2014, she organizes and implements the internal control system within the Healthcare Facility, under the Ministry of Interior and Administration. She prepares reports related to the controlling, financial analysis, management control and expert opinions on the profitability of investment tasks for multiple public entities.
Member of Kujawy and Pomerania Waterworks Association in Grudziadz.
For severa years she has been involved in modeling IT tools using GIS technology for the utility industry.
